lighting on location

I wanted to post this, it was shot today, to illustrate the lightig style I employed in the room set equally applies to a location. This is an image for an annual report, it is a portrait of a client of Richmond Fellowship of Victoria, they help people with mental illness. Below is the lighting diagram and also the shot, equipment I used was identical to that used for the room 101 shoot, however I use flash here not tungsten. The exp was f11-13 at about 25th sec.
