This semester I will be continuing on a long term documentary on a rural town of central Victoria - Chewton . My portraits will portray Chewton's residents and other people associated with the town. At the moment I am attracted to centralised composition and am inspired by Jack Spencer's beautiful fine art documentary portraits, Bruce Davidson's "Central Park" and Magnum photographer Gueorgui Pinkhassov's use of colour.

Cheers Bronek!

Yeah I hadn't heard of Bobbi but the work's great. Interesting website, but a bit of a spin out to navigate. Some really beautiful use of colour and a nice sentiment in the portraits. Just read the blurb - and remembered Karen Trist presented her work in a 'visual perceptions' class and I was fascinated by the concept (documenting her road trip) but couldn't recall the girl's name... Bobbi Fabian!
